Beginner-Friendly Swing Dance Party

Swing Time is Tokyo’s most beginner-friendly venue playing the most easy-to-dance mix of standard jazz and swing tunes. Come to Swing Time for friendly atmosphere, gorgeous ballroom ambiance, and a slick wooden dance floor. Located just 5 minutes from the Tamagawa station.

Directions

Tokyu Toyoko Line, Tamagawa Station, 5 min.

Fujimikaikan Map

Fujimikaikan is a 5 minute walk from Tamagawa Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line.

To follow the path as marked on the map; exit the station. Walk straight ahead past a convenience store on your right. When you reach the railroad crossing on your left, turn left, cross the tracks and continue straight up the hill. The Fujimikaikan is on the left.

Or:

From the Tamagawa station exit, turn left, at the t-intersection turn right into the bicycle parking area. Follow the small path past the bicycle parking area, and approach the railway cross. Once you see the railway cross on your right, walk up the small hill on the left. You will see Fujimikaikan on your left hand side.

If in doubt, please ask the station staff. They give directions to the hall every day.

Invite your friends along and bring your own drinks and snacks. Swing Time is a BYO event open to swing dancers of all levels. We only ask that you take your trash with you when you leave.
